Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the wiseq.ai website, its subdomains and the WISEQ AI application (together, the “Service”), operated by wiseq.ai Pte Ltd (“WISEQ AI”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Your account

You must provide accurate information when you create an account and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country, and in any case not under the age of 13, to use the Service.

Using the Service

You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You agree not to:

• use the Service to create content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, harassing, deceptive or that infringes the rights of others;
• attempt to access other users’ accounts or data, or interfere with the security or operation of the Service;
• reverse engineer, copy or resell the Service, or use it to build a competing product;
• use automated means to access the Service except through features we provide.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

AI-generated content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate text, images, code and other output (“Output”) based on the input you provide (“Input”). As between you and WISEQ AI, you own your Input and, to the extent permitted by law, the Output generated for you.

AI Output can be inaccurate, incomplete or similar to content generated for other users. You are responsible for reviewing Output before you use it, including checking facts, testing code and making sure your use does not infringe the rights of others or break any law.

Subscriptions and payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Prices and plan limits are shown on our pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

We may change our prices or plans. If a change affects your subscription, we will let you know in advance, and the new price will apply from your next billing period.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, logos and content (other than your Input and Output), is owned by WISEQ AI and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not give you any right to use our trademarks or branding.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your information.

Third-party services

The Service may rely on or link to third-party services, including AI model providers and payment processors. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that Output will be accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WISEQ AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
